I was in the middle of a nightmare experience with best buy and needed something better. I never though to use a smaller store thinking that it would be too expensive. WOW was I wrong. Firstly, the service I got was perfect, from my in-store experience to delivery of my washer/dryer. Another win was that everyone was professional and knew what they were doing. AND, the machines I bought were $150 less expensive than Best Buy after a surprise rebate. I am converted and will never use a big box store for appliances again.
Robert B. Besko's is the best. The owner's young son and another young guy brought in all the appliances, and they are hooking up the washer dryer. Put fridge together too. All as though they cared about the work they do. Clearly they do. They are great. Phenomenal service!! And the company arranged to have a plumber meet up for stove propane conversion. Tips all around!!
